3D Layered Flower Card

Hello again, friends!  It's Mynn here again with another creation using beautiful papers from the CutCardStock online store!  Today I have a floral card to share with you.  Come and see...

To create the flower, I started with two large punched flowers.  These flowers are made out of Red Lacquer Curious Metallic paper.  I used a rounded metal pen end to shape the top red flower.  All you have to so is rub it around the edges of the flower in a circular motion, and it starts to curl.

I then punched a smaller center flower out of Super Gold Curious Metallic paper, shaped it with the same technique, and layered the flowers onto each other.  They were adhered using 3D Double Sided Foam Tab Adhesive.  Lastly, a pearl was added to the center.

Next, I die cut out some leaves from some Botanic Curious Metallic paper.  I broke one apart before I added them behind the flower on the card base.

The focal panel for the card was made using Red Lacquer Curious Metallic paper and Classic Crest Solar White card.  I paper pierced around the panel to add some texture.

The focal panel was added to a card base made from more Classic Crest Solar White card.

The last item for the card was the sentiment.  It was stamped onto Classic Crest Solar White card, punched out, and layered onto more Red Lacquer Curious Metallic paper.

I very much love the beautiful shine from the Curious Metallics papers.  They really lend an elegant air to your paper crafted cards!  What do you think?  I'd love to hear in the comments below!

Thanks for stopping by, all!  I'll be back next month with more tutorials on using more beautiful products from the CutCardStock online store.  Until then, HUGS and happy paper crafting!
