'O Christmas Tree!

Hi Friends!! kel here today :) I can't believe it's already November! Do you handmake your Christmas cards? I try really, really hard to, but always seem to fall short! So yikes, I think I need to get a move on making mines!!

I started by heat embossing my stamp - I wanted to make sure I matched the tree-green color to my card!! This beautiful tree and sentiment is stamped with my versamark  on Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock. I absolutely LOVE this cardstock for stamping on!!

Luckily this green embossing powder I chose matches a green from the Pop Tones cardstock collection. So next, I cut a piece of Vibrant Apple Green Pop Tones Cardstock in half to create my card base.

The last thing I did was throw another piece of Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock and a strip of Wild Cherry Pop Tones cardstock in some embossing folders to give the card some extra oomph! And then stick it all down together, popping up that tree with some pop up squares and then sticking that button on with some Tombow Mono liquid glue... although just about any adhesive would have worked!

And ta-dah! I have a super quick and super cute Christmas card done! One more down, who knows how many to go lol!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Make sure to stay up to date with the latest news and sales on the CutCardstock Facebook Page!!

lovies, =o) kel
